Ordering
This web site has a shopping cart to make it easy for you to select and purchase Bijoux Pascale jewelry.
Since each piece is unique, you cannot choose more than “1” for quantity. If, at any point, you change
your mind about purchasing a piece, just change the quantity to “0” and click on “Update Totals.”
Or you can check boxes in the “Select” column for each item you want to remove from the cart and then click
on “Delete” at the bottom of the column.
During the checkout process, you will still have the opportunity to refrain from the purchase; however, once you
click “Pay” on the PayPal site, you’ve completed the purchase.
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 6.65% will be charged to Minnesota residents. Sales tax will be calculated once you proceed to “Checkout.”
Shipping Fees
U.S.:
Priority Mail to U.S. addresses only (no P.O. Boxes). Shipping fees are based on the U.S. Postal Service’s Priority Mail rates and zones. Shipping and handling fees are dependent on the weight shipped and start at $4.95.
Germany:
Global Priority Mail to German addresses only (no P.O. Boxes). Shipping fees are based on the U.S. Postal Service’s Global Priority Mail rates. Shipping and handling fees are dependent on the weight shipped and start at $6.50.
All other countries:
Please contact me before ordering for shipping fees.
Payment and Shipment
Payments are only accepted through PayPal. With PayPal, you can securely use your credit card or checking account to pay
– and payments are free for you, no hidden fees.
The checkout process will automatically take you to the secure PayPal site. If you are already a member, just log in.
If you are not a member of PayPal yet, you can sign in securely once the checkout process reaches that stage.
As soon as notification of your payment is received, I will ship your selection in a gift box. You will receive an
e-mail when your shipment goes out. Priority mail takes 3 – 5 business days.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is important to me. You may return an item for refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipment
date. The item should be unworn and in its original gift box.

and I will give you a shipping address. You may want to insure your return as I cannot be responsible for lost or
misdirected returns.
When your returned item arrives, I will check it and either exchange it for your new selection or refund the money via
PayPal to your e-mail address.
Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Allergies
Every item is made with metal findings (earwires/clasps/spacers, etc.) that are silver-plated, gold-plated, surgical
steel, pewter, etc. The detailed description always contains the metal used to the best of my knowledge. After a while,
the plating may come off and expose the base metal underneath. I cannot guarantee for my findings to be nickel-free or
free of any other allergy-inducing material. If you are sensitive or allergic to certain metals, contact me and I could
– for a fee – replace the metal parts with sterling silver or gold findings.
Repairs
I take great care in making my jewelry to last, but sometimes it doesn’t. If you have a problem, contact me at
and I will make arrangements to repair
the item free of charge. If something breaks, please try to gather all stray pieces to send back.
You will pay for shipping, I will pay for return shipping to you. I cannot be responsible for items shipped to me uninsured.
Jewelry Adjustments
All items are sold “as described, as shown.” Before you purchase, please check carefully that the length of
the necklace or bracelet will fit you.
Any alterations to length or clasp style will incur a fee depending on the complexity of the change. Please contact
me at if you’d like to make a
change to an item.
Photography
I take great care to post pictures that represent the jewelry adequately. However, due to circumstances beyond my control,
such as the settings of your monitor or which web browser you use, I cannot guarantee for the colors to be exactly as you
see them. If you need an EXACT match, don’t buy via the Internet.
